Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  •  8–10 hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required, including Saturdays
  • Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs
  • Occasional evening availability may be required
Compensation
  • $20-$25 per hour based on experience
  • Performance-based commissions and bonus pay
Job Summary
Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve life-changing results? Bodenvy is seeking a motivated, energetic, and client-focused Medical Weight Loss & Wellness Coach to guide clients through their weight loss and body transformation journeys.
As a key member of our team, you will support clients participating in medical weight loss, body contouring, and wellness programs while helping them stay motivated, accountable, and committed to their goals. This role combines wellness coaching, treatment education, client relationship management, and studio operations in a fast-paced med spa environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is passionate about helping others achieve lasting results. Experience in fitness, personal training, wellness coaching, hospitality, customer service, or consultative sales is highly valued.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop confidence in our services, treatment offerings, and client coaching approach. Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Own the client transformation journey from initial consultation through ongoing treatment and follow-up, serving as a trusted coach and resource while guiding clients through personalized weight loss, body contouring, and wellness programs. 
  • Educate clients on Bodenvy's services and treatment offerings, helping them understand how different solutions work together to support their goals and recommending appropriate treatments based on their individual needs.
  • Perform body sculpting and wellness treatments according to Bodenvy protocols and training standards.
  • Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and capture before-and-after photos to document results and celebrate milestones.
  • Support daily studio operations, including scheduling, client communication, payment processing, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
  • Stay informed on all Bodenvy services, products, and protocols to confidently educate and support clients.
Qualifications
  • Passion for health, wellness, weight loss, and helping clients achieve meaningful results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate clients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Experience in fitness, personal training, wellness coaching, hospitality, customer service, consultative sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, NBHWC, or Yoga Alliance are preferred but not required.
