Job description

Our organization is actively looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist to work exclusively on weekends within our Radiology Department.

This ongoing role focuses on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during the weekends. The position is fully integrated into our department, providing a stable schedule, robust clinical support, and attractive compensation.

Position Highlights:

  • Defined weekend schedule (Friday to Sunday) with consistent coverage
  • Expected productivity: around 400 – 450 wRVUs each weekend
  • Opportunity to engage with a prominent academic medical center with Level 1 trauma services
  • Collaborative environment with access to subspecialty support
  • Option for remote work

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related specialty is preferred
  • Valid California medical license

Compensation & Benefits:
The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $600,000 to $650,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
