Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Precious Home Care is seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team! We offer consistent, high-need shifts, supportive leadership, and clear expectations to help you succeed. 
Priority Shifts Available

  • Mid-Day / Evening: 3:15 PM – 10:15 PM (some mornings during breaks, must work at least one weekend day per week)
  • Weekends: 12-hour shifts (Day & Overnight)
  • On-Call DSPs: Must be dependable and responsive

 All DSPs must be available to work at least one weekend shift.
Starting at $22/hour and up, depending on experience and credentials
 Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available

Position Overview

DSPs support children with developmental and behavioral needs in a structured residential environment focused on safety, stability, independence, and positive engagement. Support is provided in the home and during supervised community outings.
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and supervision at all times
  • Assist with daily living skills including:
    • Personal hygiene & grooming
    • Cooking and meal preparation
    • Cleaning and household routines
    • Socialization and recreation
    • Medication administration (per delegation)
  • Follow individualized care and behavior plans
  • Participate in community outings and structured activities
  • Complete required documentation and shift notes
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a DSP or Caregiver
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid & Bloodborne Pathogen certification
  • TB test & Nurse Delegation (or ability to obtain)
  • HCA, CNA, NAR, or equivalent (preferred)
