Job description

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities across the United States. Your primary focus will be on receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and in a timely manner to support our supply chain and customer fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize warehouse workflows and meet operational goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers and sustaining the overall success of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software, such as Prophet 21.

Responsibilities:
