Reporting to Nurse Leadership, this role coordinates admissions, discharges, and care plans; conducts daily rounds; and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements. The RN House Supervisor provides leadership support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, promotes teamwork and professionalism, and serves as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families. This position is responsible for addressing staffing needs, responding to clinical or operational issues during assigned shifts, and assisting with staff supervision and performance oversight. In the absence of senior nursing leadership, the RN House Supervisor may handle urgent disciplinary matters and ensure continuity of care.
