Job Summary:
E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems / Network Engineer to collaborate directly with IT leadership. The role involves supporting, maintaining, securing, monitoring, and improving an enterprise technology infrastructure across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file shares, and virtualized environments using Hyper-V.
• Oversee switching, routing, firewalls, VLAN management, and wireless bridge connectivity across segmented network environments.
• Perform coverage analysis, troubleshooting, and lifecycle planning for Aruba enterprise wireless networks.
• Provide administration and endpoint device support for enterprise Konica and hosted VoIP telephone systems.
• Implement endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and verify cloud-based backup/disaster recovery integrity.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Standard shifts with mandatory allocation for planned off-peak maintenance windows (evenings/weekends). Must participate in a 24/7/365 emergency on-call rotation and guarantee an on-site appearance within 4 hours during a critical infrastructure outage.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in network and systems engineering.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server (2019/2022), and Active Directory.
• Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise routing, firewalls, and VLAN segmentations.
• Proven experience with enterprise wireless network deployment (Aruba preferred).
• Familiarity supporting Konica phone networks or hosted unified communications.
