Job description

The Valet Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the welcoming environment of the Club. This is a part time position we have weekend and week day openings. You must have a valid Drivers license for this position. 
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests to The Club and offer professional valet services.
  • Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
  • Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
  • Answer guests' questions regarding events happening inside The Club.
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
  • Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous valet service, customer service, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
