Job Title: Van / Valet DriverJob Summary

The Van/Valet Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests and providing exceptional first impressions through courteous valet and transportation services. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Transportation

  • Safely operate company vans/shuttles to transport guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, local attractions, parking areas)
  • Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctual pick-up/drop-off times
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local areas when appropriate

Valet Services

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any incidents

Customer Service

  • Deliver a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
  • Represent the property in a positive and welcoming manner

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable vehicle at all times

Operational Support

  • Assist with luggage handling, door service, and other front-of-house duties as needed
  • Communicate effectively with front desk and bell staff to coordinate guest services
