VALET ATTENDANT

Pay: Starting at $16.27 per hour


About Us: Established in 1975 by an act of the Virginia General Assembly, the Capital Region Airport Commission owns and operates Richmond International Airport (RIC). The Commission directs the growth, operation and business activities of RIC and works tirelessly to ensure it continues to be an affordable option for local, regional, and out-of-state travelers. 


Description of Responsibilities: Responsible for issuing valet parking tickets, recording basic flight information on valet tickets, parking vehicles, computing fees, and filing tickets for parking transactions.


Required Experience:

  • High school degree, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of driving experience. Possession of a valid Virginia Driver's License in good standing without any reckless driving convictions in the last five years


Required Skills:

  • Ability to drive vehicles with an automatic or standard transmission.
  • Must be able to work the assigned shift (valet is staffed 24 hours per day), including nights and/or weekends.
  • Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
