Pacific Parking provides exceptional valet parking services for private events throughout Southern California. From weddings to corporate galas, we take pride in delivering a seamless guest experience with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly touch.
Position Overview:
We are looking for Valet Parking Attendants to join our team and represent our company throughout Ventura County. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality who enjoy providing excellent customer service and working with vehicles. We provide training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide assistance to guests, such as opening doors or offering directions.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the company’s high standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and handle all vehicles with care.
  • Ensure proper organization and handling of vehicle keys.
  • Assist with event setup or teardown related to valet and parking operations as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Valet Parking experience or equivalent customer service experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work mornings and/or evenings on the weekends (up to 12am)
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (training available if needed).
  • Friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Physical ability to stand, run, and maneuver vehicles for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Desired Experience:
  •  Previous hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, or similar guest-service environments. 
  •  Experience working in luxury or high-end hospitality is strongly preferred. 
  •  Comfortable engaging with guests and delivering friendly, attentive, and professional customer service. 
  •  Experience handling guest vehicles or working in valet, bell service, front desk, serving, hosting, or a related position is a plus. 
  •  Ability to remain composed, courteous, and efficient in busy, fast-paced environments.
