Job description

The Anthem - Usher
Ushers are the welcoming faces of The Anthem and are focused on customer service and patron experience. Duties can rotate from event to event and may include:
  • Greeting, providing directions to guests and keeping outside lines organized while guests wait to enter the venue in all weather conditions.
  • Working with our security team to perform ID verifications and other tasks assigned (staff must be 21 years or older to perform this task).
  • Scanning tickets and assisting patrons with ticketing issues.
  • Directing guests to their ticketed sections and to other areas of the venue.
  • Securing and returning guest belongings in our coat check locations.
  • Ensuring guest experiences continue to be safe and enjoyable through the duration of the event and assisting with concerns as needed.

Positions are part time, hourly and event-based. All staff must be available to meet monthly shift minimums, work evenings and weekends and be able to work to the end of the event.
