What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
  • Perform evaluations, diagnose, and treat urinary and pelvic conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individual patient treatment plans
  • Manage outpatient clinics, documenting patient encounters and follow-ups
  • Participate in scheduled call duties (7-10 days/month), on-site during work hours, with callbacks as needed
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department
  • Uphold patient-centered care standards and compliance with healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license in California or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
  • Willingness to focus on female urology

Preferred:
  • Experience with pelvic floor reconstructive surgery
  • Good communication skills and team player attitude
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinic setting
