Job description

IRL Medical Technologist — Southeastern Michigan near Dearborn

A nonprofit blood services organization is hiring two Medical Technologists for its Immunohematology Reference Laboratory.

You'll handle antibody identification, antigen typing, compatibility testing, and complex serologic workups referred in from hospital clients across the region. Reference-level blood bank work with real problem-solving, not routine testing.

MT, MLS, or CLS certification required.

Two schedules available:

  • 2nd shift
  • Baylor / weekend program — Saturday and Sunday 7pm to 7am plus one additional shift during the week. 36 hours worked, paid for 40.

Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus may be available. Pay is based on your experience, plus shift differential. EOE.
