Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Associate

Location: 130 Four Oaks Parkway, Four Oaks, NC 27524
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Required Overtime (Weekdays & Saturdays)
10-Panel Drug Test Required

Job Summary:We are hiring a Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our team. You’ll be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, scan, and label products using RF scanners

  • Palletize and prepare shipments

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Participate in safety programs and follow procedures

  • Cross-train in other warehouse tasks as needed

  • Join daily stretching and team activities

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1 year of experience

  • Ability to read, write, and do basic math

  • Able to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and bend throughout the shift

  • Good attention to detail and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work overtime and weekends

  • Must pass a physical exam and drug test
