In this role, you primarily work on Saturdays and Sundays, though some employers may consider Friday evenings part of the weekend. The tutoring may focus on one field or on many subjects. This part-time position lets you work with others to develop positive study habits and help them to understand the material better. Weekend tutors may work with groups of students or offer private, one-on-one sessions, and may be in-person or conducted through virtual portals. The age of students you work with depends on your level of expertise; some focus on elementary, middle, or high school students, while others tutor at the college level.

What is a weekend tutor?
