We Are Hiring Immediately!

  • Location: Bloomington
  • Pay Rate:ย Competitive Pay from $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Available Shifts: Weekends
    • Morning Shifts 8am-12pm
    • Day Shifts 12pm-4pm
    • Evening Shifts 4pm-8pm
    • Overnight Shifts 8pm-8amย

Primary Responsibilities

As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, non-medical personal care services and contribute to a positive living environment for clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Companionship & Personal Care:
    • Providing companionship and conversation
    • Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues
    • Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
  • Household Support:
    • Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items
    • Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.)
    • Washing and ironing laundry
  • Health & Logistics:
    • Providing medication and appointment reminders
    • Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
    • Providing specialized care, including Advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice care
  • Reporting:
    • Documenting daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a clientโ€™s needs
    • Maintaining regular communication with your supervisor and the office staff

  • Personal: Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
  • Legal:
    • Possess a valid driverโ€™s license or state identification
    • Possess valid auto insurance (if applicable for driving clients)
    • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Physical:
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
    • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
    • Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
