As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with developmental disabilities to achieve their behavioral goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those they serve.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
  • Assisting in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Educating clients about behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Maintaining documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach
  • Providing support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment for clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy

Requirements:
