This role is ideal for RBTs seeking daytime school hours with optional evening sessions, while working alongside a BCBA-led team that values ethical care, structure, and professional growth.

Schedule & Location Highlights

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and home settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and document accurate, real-time data
  • Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors
  • Deliver services using trauma-informed and assent-based practices
