Interested in ABA but not certified yet? We still want to hear from you. We provide training and can help qualified candidates work toward becoming a Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll:

• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
  
• Implement individualized treatment programs developed by a BCBA
  
• Collect data and document client progress
  
• Help clients build meaningful independence
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, and families
  
• Support clients who may engage in challenging behaviors, including aggression, self-injury, elopement, property destruction, or tantrums
  

Services may take place in our West Olympia clinic, clients' homes, or community settings based on treatment needs.
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of ABA experience to be a great fit. We're looking for people who are:

• Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn
  
• Comfortable working directly with children and families
  
• Able to receive feedback and work as part of a clinical team
  
• Able to remain calm during challenging situations
  
• At least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent
  
• Able to pass required background checks
  
• Able to reliably travel to assigned work locations
  

Experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, childcare, teaching, developmental disabilities, psychology, education, or related fields is a plus—but not required.
No ABA experience? Don't automatically count yourself out. For the right candidate, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to connect with our clients can matter just as much as previous experience.
Pay & Career Growth
Starting pay: $23-$30/hour, based on experience, certification, education, and qualifications.
