Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars ABA. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities. Your role is crucial in supporting clients in achieving their behavioral goals and improving their overall quality of life.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
About the Role:
As an RBT at Intellistars ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress towards goals
• Assisting in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
• Educating clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a cohesive approach
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy
Requirements:
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
