Responsibilities
• Perform routine preventative maintenance across store systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general facility issues
• Respond quickly to store maintenance concerns
• Track and close out work orders using our ticketing system
• Identify ways to improve equipment performance and longevity
• Communicate consistently with store teams and the maintenance team
Qualifications
• Basic experience in one or more trades: plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or general handyman work
• Willingness to learn additional trades and grow into a well-rounded technician
• Comfort using mobile devices and digital systems to track work
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adjust priorities based on urgent repair needs
Schedule
• Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for off-hours, weekends, and early or late shifts
based on business need
• Rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
