- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and develop Small Business (SMB) sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent outbound activity with a minimum of 100 customer outreach calls per shift.
- Follow up with customers regarding upgrades, new product launches, promotions, and service opportunities to increase retention and revenue.
- Effectively document customer interactions and appointment activity within company systems.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and engaging customers through multiple communication channels.
