Machine Operator | $16 - $17 per hour | Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-4:00pm or 4:00pm-2:30am | Temporary-to-hire

Job Description
As an Autoclave Operator, you will detail and manufacture materials using autoclave and curing operations in a production environment. This role supports final cutting, packaging, machine setup, and material handling while following work instructions and control plans. The ideal candidate is safety focused, quality minded, team oriented, and comfortable working around moving mechanical parts in an indoor manufacturing setting. Overtime may be required, including early starts, late stays, or weekend work.
Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and detail parts using heat, steel, and/or waterjet processes
• Set up machines in the secondary department for final cutting of materials
• Pull and replace die cut boards as needed
• Create packaging for parts and prepare materials for production needs
• Follow work instructions, control plans, and established safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand and walk on cement floors throughout the shift and work in a noisy manufacturing environment
• Ability to bend, crouch, squat, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, carry, and lift materials as required
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection
