3D Systems in Littleton is adding a Manufacturing Machine Operator to our 3rd Shift production team to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. We're seeking a full-time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. Your role will be crucial in our innovative, groundbreaking company that is actively shaping the future of healthcare. Onsite

This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 3 days a week (Friday - Sunday, 12 hour shifts, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm).

What You Will Do
  • Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome.
  • Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly.
  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with builds.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a 3-day workweek on our weekend shift, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, with four days off each week.
What You Will Bring

Education

  • HS Diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
  • This position serves the Manufacturing Production Team, which includes the need to work on export controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.
