About The Role
The Finance amp; Payments Department Officer Level II is responsible for facilitating corporate
operations through the comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and systematic updates of loan
documentation, payments, and associated files. This role entails substantial engagement with
both prospective and existing internal and external clientele. Success in this position
necessitates the delivery of exceptional customer service and the exercise of proactive,
professional communication. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to
multitask in an on-demand, fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the completion of loan applications and associated documentation
  • Execute and oversee loan account management and payment processing
  • Facilitate initial and recurring payment transactions
  • Deliver all-encompassing support to sales teams regarding credit inquiries, financing, and transactional tasks
  • Utilize Logics amp; vendor portals for processing and completing loan applications
  • Conduct soft-pull credit evaluations and upload recommendations
  • Maintain regulatory compliance by adhering to all loan-related mandates
  • Address client inquiries promptly to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Handle refund processing and severance requests as required
  • Detect discrepancies and implement necessary corrections
  • Execute miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as directed

Required Qualifications
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite amp; Google products
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and departments
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Physical Activities and Demands
  • Able to see and hear in the normal range, with or without correction
