We are seeking driven, motivated Inside Sales Representatives who want unlimited earning potential while helping clients achieve financial relief.

If you are a top producer, this high-performance culture is built for you. We provide premium leads, elite training, and a competitive hourly base pay paired with a 100% uncapped commission structure. Our average inside sales representatives consistently take home $15,000–$30,000+ per month, and our top closers regularly exceed $40,000 per month. This role is based in our Irvine, CA office Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts voluntary after training. 

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Pay: $18 per hour + uncapped commission. OTE is $80,000 - $350,000+ annually.

What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consult with individuals and families, building trust and presenting customized tax relief solutions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide clients through IRS authorizations, documentation, and payment arrangements.
  • Close deals using proven sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Accurately manage your pipeline and track follow-ups within our CRM.

What You Bring

  • Previous sales experience is required. A background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
