About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Support Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on variety one moment troubleshooting a laptop issue, the next configuring device management policies, and the next setting up AV for an all-hands meeting. You'll be a go-to resource for employees across Windows, Mac, and Google Workspace environments, ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS devices
  • Manage and maintain endpoints using MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools, including enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, and compliance policies
  • Administer Windows systems, including user accounts, permissions, group policies, and general system maintenance
  • Administer Google Workspace (Google System Administration), including user provisioning, groups, shared drives, security settings, and troubleshooting
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings, town halls, and other company events
  • Support and Monitor Security Risks and Enforce compliance policies and remediation. Strong Cyber knowledge and ability to train our users on best practices and internal tools for keeping company data safe.
  • Provide on-site event support, including conference room setup, video conferencing systems, and live event technical needs
  • Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of hardware
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely, professional manner, maintaining clear communication with end users
  • Document processes, common issues, and solutions to build out internal knowledge base resources
  • Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring accounts, devices, and access are set up or removed correctly and securely
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or tooling improvements to reduce future support burden
  • Support networking basics as needed (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, conference room connectivity)

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration role
  • Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., JAMF, Intune, Kandji, or similar) for device enrollment and management
  • Experience with Windows system administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, or similar)
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration (user management, security settings, Google Admin console)
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment (video conferencing systems, microphones, displays, etc.)
  • Experience providing event support, including setup and live troubleshooting for meetings and company events
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, JAMF Certified Admin, Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft certifications, Cyber Security CISSP, etc.)
  • Experience supporting a hybrid or multi-office workforce
