Job description

A substitute teacher's job is to temporarily take over the responsibilities of a regular classroom teacher who is absent. They ensure the continuation of learning by implementing lesson plans, maintaining classroom order, and fostering a positive learning environment. They also supervise students, administer assessments, and provide feedback to the regular teacher.
