We offer immersive short-term and long-term language courses and programs across different languages in the countries where they're spoken. Together, our global staff help students from around the world develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams.

Are you ready for a dynamic weekend role in a truly international environment?
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and people-focused Weekend Activity Leaders to lead exciting excursions and experiences for our international students in Florida and its surroundings.
As a Weekend Activity Leader, you will deliver and guide fun, engaging, and well-organized weekend activities and excursions using EF's resources and your own creativity. You will work closely with groups of international minors' students throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while creating unforgettable experiences during their language trip abroad.
Whether you're leading students on a visit to Key West, taking a trip to the Orlando theme parks, or chaperoning them to Bahamas day tours, you'll play a key role in helping students make lifelong memories while practicing their English in real-world settings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise weekend excursions, activities, and events
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of all students at all times.
  • Deliver engaging, organized, and enjoyable experiences using EF activity plans and your own creative ideas.

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and crises by following EF's safety, safeguarding, and emergency response protocols, ensuring student welfare and communicating promptly with management.
  • Communicate clearly with the Activities Manager and other team members before, during, and after events.

  • Represent EF professionally while interacting with students, vendors, partners, and the public.
  • Encourage students to participate, socialize, and make the most of their language experience.
  • Complete required documentation, reports and follow all EF safety and safeguarding procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
  • Passion for working with young people from diverse cultures.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable leading and supervising groups in public settings.
  • Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in busy or unexpected situations.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Previous experience in youth programs, camps, education, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or event coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Miami and South Florida attractions is preferred.

Schedule
This is a weekend position, with shifts primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional hours may be available during peak periods or special events.
What EF Offers
  • Discounts on EF programs for staff, friends, and family.

Why You'll Love Working Here
This is one of the most fun, high-energy places you'll ever work. Ask any employee why they love EF (whether they've been here 10 minutes or 10 years), and they'll probably tell you the same thing: it's the people. When you work at EF, you join a purpose-driven, international, and energetic community that thrives on continuous learning, fearless innovation, and mutual support.
Every weekend brings new adventures, new cultures, and new opportunities to help students build confidence, create friendships, and experience everything Miami has to offer.
