Known to most as the place where summer never ends, Summer House has locations in Chicago, IL, North Bethesda, MD, and counting! The California-inspired menu, led by Chef Ben Goodnick, features simple ingredients sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products with a heavy focus on vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Rosé is poured all day off the signature Rosé Cart, featuring the signature Summer House Rosé, alongside an extensive wine and handcrafted cocktail list. The Bakery positioned at the front of each restaurant also displays a glorious assortment of baked goods, including the restaurant's famous vast cookie selection.
Polishers-Stockers are responsible for stocking the essential tools needed in assisting the service team and restaurant perform efficiently. Assists with Coffee Person and/or Dishwasher duties as directed. Teamwork, organization and good awareness are necessary for success in this position.
