Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and clinical expertise during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during weekend shifts.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
  • Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and patient care planning.
