This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with students and their families. You will be expected to maintain a virtual presence and utilize telehealth technologies to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups effectively. The role entails flexible scheduling, including some evening and weekend hours to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients, particularly students who may require after-hours support.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that gather crucial information on clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that identify specific goals and interventions tailored to the needs of each client.
• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educational staff, and families to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for students experiencing acute distress or challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning experiences among clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care.

This position primarily serves students in school settings, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and collaborate closely with their families and school personnel to provide integrated mental health support.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and virtual counseling platforms.
