Midwest Communications, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking an energetic, organized, and team-oriented professional to serve as a Content Creator and Sales Coordinator for our sports radio station, WNFL. This position combines on-air talent with sales support. In this role, you will help deliver an engaging experience for listeners while providing administrative and operational support to our sales team and advertising clients.


As our Content Creator, you will...

Serve as an on-air personality for our sports talk program. 

Participate in show preparation, topic development, and content planning. 

Contribute sports commentary, opinions, interviews, and listener engagement. 

Create and deliver compelling on-air content consistent with station brand standards. 

Engage with listeners through phone calls, social media, contests, and community events. 

Represent the station professionally at promotional appearances, sporting events, and community activities. 

Maintain knowledge of local, regional, and national sports news and trends.


As our Sales Coordinator, you will...

Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, traffic, programming, and business departments. 

Assist with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and sales support documents. 

Coordinate advertising orders, sponsorship details, and promotional campaigns. 

Ensure accurate communication and execution of client advertising schedules. 

Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 

Help coordinate station promotions, remote broadcasts, and client events. 


We are asking you to...

Have Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Marketing, Business, or related field 

Have radio broadcasting, sports media, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience. 

Have a strong knowledge and passion for sports. 

Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Have social media content creation and engagement experience. 

Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
