The position requires a sonographer skilled in performing a variety of ultrasound studies.
The department has two scanners and performs an average of 6 to 8 scans per day.
There is no requirement to float to other areas.
A radiologist is available on-site during the day and 24/7 for emergency cases.
The role involves working one weekend shift every other weekend.
The sonographer is also required to take call, consisting of one 12-hour call per week and one 24-hour call every other weekend.
Scrubs must be in professional colors.
The cancellation policy allows for up to four shifts to be canceled within a 13-week assignment.
