Job description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a pivotal leader, embodying Ford's commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and a people-first culture. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead an hourly unionized team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.

High school diploma or GED 

1+ years of experience in supervisory roles, manufacturing, military or other relevant experience. Internship and co-op experience will be considered 

Ability to work rotating shifts / hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
