Position Overview
We're seeking skilled Installers who can hit the ground running and perform with minimal oversight after onboarding. You'll work closely with the Lead Installer to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Install full range of kitchen, bathroom, and other carpentry-related products sold by the company according to plans
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate with lead installer and team
• Manage tools and equipment on-site
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Follow timelines and complete tasks efficiently
• Other duties as assigned and requested
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Background checks and a drug test will be performed/administered before employment.
