The Software Alliance Manager will lead Quest Software’s strategic alliance engagements across North America (NAM). This role focuses on accelerating regional joint business momentum by strengthening collaboration with top NAM-based global system integrators.

You will drive regional go‑to‑market execution, strengthen partner relationships, foster field alignment, and ensure that Quest’s Cybersecurity, Platform Modernization and Data & AI solutions are positioned for success across the NAM ecosystem.

This is a remote position based in the Dallas or New York metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

Regional Alliance Strategy & Expansion

- Build and execute NAM-specific partnership strategies aligned with partner priorities and Quest’s global objectives

- Expand engagement across NAM service lines and industry verticals

- SupportIndia-headquartered GSIs within NAM

- Develop joint regional business plans and ensure alignment across NAM partner leadership and Quest regional sales teams

NAM Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

- Drive NAM co-selling motions, co-marketing programs, and joint demand generation activities

- Build joint solution offerings to meet market needs

- Support field execution by working closely with Quest’s NAM regional sales leadership and client leads

Technical Partner Enablement

- Coordinate with sales engineering and product teams

- Drive regional partner training and enablement programs

- Ensure delivery capabilities continuously evolve to meet current and future requirements

Revenue Growth & Performance Measurement

- Drive revenue growth through partner-led and influenced opportunities

- Track KPIs including pipeline influence, joint wins, and adoption

- Formalize high‑value partnerships through the development of MoUs and strategic collaboration agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as a bridge between global strategy and NAM field execution

- Align with sales, marketing, product, and global partner leadership

Qualifications

- 10+ years experience working with strategic alliances

- Experience within NAM enterprise markets

- Familiarity with cloud providers and data/AI platforms

- Experience working with India-headquartered GSIs

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Good understanding of Salesforce and Office applications

- Must be located in the Dallas or New York metropolitan areas

Preferred

-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Directory Services, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and their strategic importance for enabling enterprise-scale operations

-Prior experience working within an India-headquartered GSI
