They will identify trends, engage in interactions with the public, and plan digital campaigns to build our brand online. Essential Duties/FunctionsUse social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brandFollow online conversations on a company’s social media accounts and solve customer concerns using social media platformsInteract with writers, designers, developers and customers and report to senior management personnelAlign content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage peopleWork with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaignsInteract with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accountsAnalyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvementsResearch social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs Complete all mandatory trainingFollow all state, federal and/or local health and safety rules, laws, and regulationsAdditional job duties as assigned.EducationBachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related fieldExperience3-5 years of social media management experienceRelevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attentionStrong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreachInterpersonal Skills and AttributesBilingual – English and Spanish is a plusAbility to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient health informationAbility to focus on patient safety, teamwork, patient outcomes, patient experience and quality improvementAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingStrong communication skills: written and verbal and interpersonalAbility to use social media to maintain or build a brandAbility to crafting engaging contentComputer Skills: Microsoft Office applications; skills in using social media platforms; skills in using tools that analyze social media platformsUse digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaignsPossess an understanding of trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketingOrganization ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesBenefitsHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401k and Matching ProgramHealth Savings AccountPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Incentive Program for Complimentary Plastic Surgery Procedures, Botox, and Fillers $22 - $24/hr
