Job description

Snow Shoveler – Seasonal (November–April)Position Overview

We are hiring Snow Shovelers to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. Shovelers will ride along with a route lead or drive their own vehicle between job sites. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers who enjoy physical outdoor work and want competitive pay with opportunities for higher rates in tough conditions.

Compensation & Incentives
  • $25/hour – Standard rate (riding with lead)

  • $30/hour – When working in negative-degree weather

  • $35/hour – If using your own vehicle for transportation between jobs

  • End-of-Season Bonus – Workers who consistently show up, avoid unnecessary call-offs, and demonstrate efficiency will be eligible for a bonus at the end of the season.

Responsibilities
  • Shovel residential and commercial sidewalks, walkways, and entryways.

  • Assist lead operator with snow removal tasks.

  • Use provided equipment such as shovels, salt spreaders, and snow blowers.

  • Work safely in cold and snowy conditions.

Qualifications
