Speech Kids NY is looking for Speech-Language Pathologists / Clinical Fellows

WE ARE HIRING! Speech Kids NY is looking for Speech-Language Pathologists / Clinical Fellows. We are NOT HIRING providers for REMOTE SERVICES.

Our agency has secured a contract to provide services in the Bronx D 7-11 schools and preschools at an enhanced rate. The sessions will be held back-to-back at one location. We offer a highly competitive rate, starting at $95.00 per hour and going up to $110.00 per hour. The rate for CFs is $95.00 per hour on W2, $110.00 per hour for licensed therapists on W2, and $110.00 per hour for licensed speech therapists. Must be in person.

It is mandatory for all individuals to hold a TSSLD certification.

Requirements:

Licensed SLP: license number, TSSLD, NYS registration, and 3 letters of recommendation.
CF: NPI number, letter from the university or Diploma, TSSLD, Form 1 receipt, and 3 letters of recommendation.

Bilingual extension or BEA scores if applicable.

Benefits for W2 providers: We offer 6 sick days for full time W 2 providers after working for a year, health insurance ( partial payment after 90 days for full time employees), sick hours payment (you earn 1 hours after every 30 hours of direct therapy up to 40 hours per year), Worker’s compensation and disability insurance ( including maternity coverage and long term disability), 401 K (no matching), and a referral bonus ( up to 1 K after 6 months of employment 30 hours per week ).

Compensation for CFs: $95.00 per hour on W 2 (TSSLD is required) + partial coverage of your health insurance (conditions apply) + benefits.

CFs only: If you work full time, 30 hours direct therapy a week, you will get $60 per month for materials.

Support: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm support for providers (via text messages and email, phone calls can be scheduled as needed, after hours phone calls by appointment only (including weekends).

SLP JOB FUNCTIONS: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, voice, swallowing, and other related disorders of children with developmental delays and disabilities. Develop and implement individualized plans for assigned cases to meet individual child’s needs, interests, and abilities. Collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals and special educators to develop and modify program activities that improve speech and language skills. Location: schools, preschools, and in the clients' homes in all 5 boroughs (subject of availability) Skills required: Strong attention to detail-excellent time management skills and organization- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Follow Individualized Service Plan, plan ongoing treatment, and interprets goals and treatment. Complete all session notes by the end of the calendar week and progress reports on time. We offer Flexible Hours, simple billing, and High Rates! We are looking for dedicated SLPs who love this age group and are willing to work in either preschool, school, or home environments. To excel in this program, you should specialise in pediatrics, enjoy using technology, and have a great ability to communicate with parents and school administrators. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
