Compensation may also include season bonuses or discounts on equipment and lift tickets.

How much money do weekend ski instructors get paid?

Weekend ski instructors typically earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on experience, certification level, and the ski resort. Some may also receive tips from students, which can increase overall earnings, especially during peak seasons or in popular locations.

Where do weekend ski instructors get paid the most?

Weekend ski instructors tend to earn the highest wages at popular ski resorts with high visitor traffic and premium pricing, often in regions with a strong ski industry. Factors such as experience, certifications like PSIA or AASI, and the resort's size and reputation also influence pay rates.
