Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines, as permitted by certification and community policy.
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in their physical or emotional well-being.
  • Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while encouraging residents' independence and dignity.
Qualifications:
  • Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
