To thrive as a Weekend Shift Engineer, you need a strong background in engineering principles, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, typically supported by a relevant engineering degree or technical certification. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), CMMS software, and basic hand or diagnostic tools is essential.
