Job Summary:
Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking an Architect II specializing in Enterprise Solutions with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud. The role involves designing data architecture strategies, implementing integration solutions, and ensuring data governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Design the overall data architecture strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
• Architect and implement integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Define data models and structures within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business processes and reporting requirements. Design scalable and maintainable data architectures.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud to enable a single view of customers (Customer 360), ensuring optimal customer insights and analytics for personalized customer engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models within Salesforce, leveraging data cloud insights to drive business outcomes.
• Engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling.
• Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario.
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding.
• Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture. And experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API.
• Implementation knowledge of workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi or Cast Iron or Mulesoft.
• Experience with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, database schemas, stored procedures is essential.
• Follow unit testing and test class best practices, and be capable of coding for positive/negative scenarios.
• Must have experience with production deployment using change-set/eclipse/ANT migration tool, and working on solving deployment errors.
• Customize and configure SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of IT industry total experience
• Minimum 7 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning
• Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce
• Extensive experience in Data Cloud and have designed/architected a minimum of 3-4 Data Cloud projects
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and related technologies (MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and other data management platforms
• Expertise in data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance
• Strong experience with data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft
• Experience in working with client in USA
• Experience in coordinating between Onsite-Offshore daily
• Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2), and at least 2 of the Architect-stream Certifications
• Very good experience in having architected and implemented Salesforce solutions, from a Development perspective
• Must have Data Cloud Skills and Knowledge
• Must be able to engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling

• Good to have – Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web-services, Google APIs, JQuery/any other java-script framework
• Object oriented programming experience in J2EE/.Net platforms
