Become part of our team! We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Sales Office Receptionist for a private residential community and sporting club unlike any other. This position is for Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm.

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Sales Office Receptionist will possess a highly professional demeanor and style offering outstanding personalized service to prospective clients. 

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to prospects, members, and staff members
  • Greet prospects and members entering the Properties Office
  • Assist prospects fill in their registration form
  • Maintain call-in and walk-in manifests
  • Enter prospect information in Property Base
  • Prepare sales folio as needed
  • Assist with various mailings
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Staff as needed
  • Regular attendance and timeliness are required

 COMPETENCIES
