We currently have a Sales Associate position open at our Brampton location.

As a Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The successful candidate must be available to work (but not limited to) evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

How you will make a difference:

  • Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers.
  • Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation on the range of productsavailable.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale.
  • Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority's Values.
  • Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providingoutstanding customer experiences.
  • Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and storelayout.
  • Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, andwell-organized environment.
  • Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, lossprevention, and problem resolution.
