Job description

Kat + Noelle Boutique is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Sales Associate to join our team.


We are looking for a fashion-forward, personable, and experienced boutique sales professional who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and creating an elevated shopping experience.

This is a sales-first position. The ideal candidate has previous boutique retail experience, a strong understanding of personalized selling, and experience with client outreach and clienteling. While the role includes back-of-house and operational responsibilities, connecting with clients and driving sales are the top priorities.


Responsibilities

Sales & Clienteling

  • Provide a personalized and elevated experience for every client
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Proactively reach out to clients about new arrivals, events, appointments, and personalized product recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a strong client book
  • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business and build long-term relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Assist clients with styling and product recommendations
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting sales floor
  • Stay knowledgeable about current merchandise, designers, fit, and product details


Store & Back-of-House Support

  • Receive, unpack, tag, and organize new merchandise
  • Maintain an organized stockroom
  • Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
  • Assist with online orders, shipping, and returns
  • Steam and maintain merchandise
  • Assist with visual merchandising and general store upkeep
  • Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed


Qualifications
  • Boutique retail experience is
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Experience with client outreach and clienteling
  • Strong ability to build genuine, lasting client relationships
  • Confident and comfortable initiating conversations with clients

Schedule
  • Part-time - 20 - 25 hours
  • Saturday and Sunday availability is required
  • Additional weekday availability preferred
