We offer an industry leading load pay compensation program with minimum daily guaranty with driver averages at $87,000+ for company drivers. Because we are a company founded by drivers and that continues our focus, we make sure you have great benefits. Recognizing that life can be unpredictable, MPE pays 100% of the costs for short-term and long-term disability, as well as life insurance.
