Outpatient Transportation Driver - PRN/As Needed

Responsibilities: Outpatient Transportation Driver - PRN/As Needed Must be able to drive routes in the morning and in the afternoon. You will have responsibility for transporting patients in our 15 passenger van to and from our Partial and Intensive Outpatient Program, Monday through Friday. Must be available to drive routes in the morning and in the afternoon.

VAN DRIVER Requirements: Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility. Report all van maintenance problems to the Outpatient Director/Maintenance and follow-up with van maintenance as indicated. Communicate and consult with the Outpatient Director and other staff members regarding patient care issues and information. Maintain a clean environment for patients at all times. Demonstrate responsibility and sound judgment regarding patient safety. Maintain confidentiality of facility employees and patient information.

Qualifications: Must have a clean driver's record. A minimum of a high school education or GED. Bachelor's preferred. Previous mental health experience preferred but not required. CPR/First Aid and Handle with Care certificates are required (offered upon hire).
