Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of transport driving experience (preferred)
  • Valid CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
  • 21 years of age according to DOT requirements
  • Able to pass a DOT physical, drug/alcohol test, and MVR check.
  • Physically able to drive a commercial vehicle and sit for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift, pull, and/or push 75 pounds
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends as scheduled

Responsibilities
  • Perform a pre and post-trip vehicle inspections according to procedure
  • Complete and log all required driving data and paperwork; including pre-trip and post trip inspection forms daily
  • Verify tank(s) and product type before unloading the product from the trailer
  • Make the required gravity drop or pump deliveries at the customers' establishments in a safe and professional manner
  • Keep a clean vehicle at all times and ensure that equipment is properly stored and serviced
  • Be friendly and courteous to all customers while operating the vehicle and follow the rules of the road
  • Complete all DOT, safety, and other training as required
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner ensuring incident-free operations
  • All other duties as assigned
