What You'll Do:

Provide drivers with necessary support during evening and/or weekend hours so that drivers can deliver loads safely and on time.

         Responsible for driver satisfaction and addressing issues and disputes for drivers

         Answering incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist drivers with delays, service issues, trailers, payroll, and whatever else they may need

         Fuel and route Drivers while promoting the safety of drivers

         Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issues

         Resolve driver issues utilizing your best critical thinking sills to solve out of the box problems for drivers

         Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect the scheduled delivery/pickup times. Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customer of changes

         Resolve load targets and ensure on time delivery

         Communicate effectively and professionally with Customers, Operations Drivers, and all levels of leadership

         Respond to drivers and other terminal needs and assist with emergency situations if the need arises

         Understand and support company policies

         Keep drivers rolling safely by ensuring accurate PTAs, providing trailer solutions, planning BPMs and required appointments, helping keep CDL's in order, managing home time guidelines, and anything else to keep them earning.

         Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives
